Corry Smith was born and raised in Hampton, Virginia. In 1997, Ms Smith received her Bachelor's Degree from Christopher Newport University and went directly to Law School.  In 2000, Ms. Smith received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Immediately after graduating from Law School, Ms. Smith returned to Virginia and became a licensed attorney. 

Ms. Smith is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Trial Lawyers Criminal and Family Law Divisions. She practices throughout Hampton Roads Virginia and Eastern District Federal Court.  Ms. Smith proudly limits her area of practice to Criminal Defense and Family Law matters.
